Predominantly sourced from alkaline magmatic rocks, volcanic rocks, and syenite-related pegmatites, this mineral is of notable industrial significance. It is particularly favored in glass manufacturing and is indispensable to the ceramics sector. Furthermore, it is a key raw material in aluminum smelting.
Our firm is renowned for its production of nepheline powder, which is advantageous for the ceramics industry due to its ability to thicken, prevent sedimentation, and increase brightness. It also plays a role in adjusting the rheological properties of glazes to achieve peak performance.
We have types of 100 mesh, 200a mesh, 200b mesh and 325 mesh.
For the 200 mesh nepheline powder, "a" signifies superior whiteness, and "b" represents the regular whiteness.
Application
1.
Glazed brick body:Because of its low firing temperature and body porcelain temperature, as well as high water absorption, easy to cause some problems, such as the lack of expansion coefficient of the body caused by the glaze cracking, body moisture absorption expansion, body rebound and enamel peeling, these are its main defects. However, by adding nepheline powder to the blank body of glazed brick, the porcelain level of these bricks can be effectively improved at low temperature and its expansion coefficient can be improved. This not only enhances the bonding force between the blank and the glaze, but also expands the application range of the glazed tile and may increase its market sales.

Wear-resistant brick and polished brick body:
a. Improve the speed of mass and heat transfer, contribute to the expulsion of water and burning loss and the diffusion of heat, contribute to rapid drying and rapid burning;
b. Relatively high aluminum content, help to broaden the firing temperature range, reduce deformation and other quality defects;
c. The high degree of mutual fusion of potassium and sodium makes the billet translucent, so that wear-resistant bricks and polished bricks have a unique texture;
d. Potassium and sodium are beneficial to body coloring, can enrich the product variety, reduce the amount of color;
e. nepheline can also overcome the quality defects of polished brick rebound after throwing.

Exterior brick body:
a.The introduction of nepheline, talc, wollastonite external wall brick body, in the firing process will produce a self-releasing glaze phenomenon, this self-releasing glaze is matte transparent. Using the exterior wall brick to decorate the wall has a unique texture and light sense;
b.The use of nephelinite-infused formula to produce cultural stone for external wall bricks, more like natural granite, aplite and diabase.

Body of sanitary ware:Increase the specific gravity and flow rate of mud, accelerate the absorption of water by gypsum, and the expulsion of water, and improve the stiffness of the body, nepheline also has a unique role in reducing the firing temperature of sanitary ware and the transparency of the porcelain body during the firing cycle.

High-grade daily porcelain:It helps MgO and P2O5 to dissolve and disperse in the glass phase, so that its crystals are small, so as to achieve high transmittance, so that the appearance is beautiful and the content is rich.

Low temperature glaze:The combination of nephelite with boromite, lead-zinc ore and lithic feldspar at low temperature can prepare a variety of glazes fired at 1120 ~ 1180ºC, and can make the white glaze delicate and soft, rich texture.
7.
Frit production:Instead of potassium and albite sintered frit, soda saltpeter can be used less or not, thus reducing the corrosion of soda saltpeter on the refractory material of the furnace wall. In addition, the emission of toxic gases such as NO can be avoided.
