WHITE FUSED ALUMINA
INDUCTION
White fused alumina is made from industrial alumina powder as the raw material. It is melted at a temperature above 2000 degrees Celsius in an electric arc and then cooled. After being crushed and shaped, it undergoes magnetic separation to remove iron, and is then sieved into various particle sizes. Its texture is dense and its hardness is high. The particles have sharp corners. It is suitable for manufacturing ceramics, resin-cemented tools, as well as grinding, polishing, sandblasting, precision casting (special corundum for precision casting), etc. It can also be used to manufacture high-grade refractory materials.

APPLICATION
White fused alumina is suitable for various high-end products, processes or hardware products for surface beautification treatment. After sandblasting, the surface becomes white and free of any impurities, eliminating the need for cleaning. Fine-grained white corundum can be used as the first step for polishing and grinding. It can also be used as an additive for various products. It can be used as solid and coated abrasive, wet or dry or spray sand, suitable for ultra-precision grinding and polishing of crystals, electronics industries, and the production of high-quality refractory materials, etc. It is suitable for processing hard materials such as quenched steel, alloy steel, high-speed steel, and high-carbon steel with high hardness and tensile strength. It can also be used as a contact medium, insulator, and precision casting sand, etc. For iron workpieces, it can remove rust, dirt, and oxide scale, increase the adhesion of coatings and layers; for aluminum workpieces, it can remove oxide scale, enhance surface strengthening, and achieve a polishing effect; for copper workpieces, it can achieve a matte effect, crystal grinding and sanding of glass products, engraving patterns for plastic products, matte effect of rubber products, processing and effect patterns for special fabrics such as denim and wool.
1. Surface processing: Removal of metal oxide layer, carbonized black skin, removal of rust and dirt from metal or non-metal surfaces, such as oxide or release agent removal from gravity die casting molds and rubber molds, removal of black spots on ceramic surfaces, removal of uranium color, and restoration of painting.
2. Beautification processing: Anti-reflective or matte treatment for various gold, K-gold jewelry, and precious metal products, fog or matte processing for non-metal materials such as crystals, glass, corrugated, acrylic, etc., and making the surface of the processed object have a metallic luster.
3. Etching processing: Etching art for jade, crystal, agate, semi-precious stones, seals, antiques, marble tombstones, ceramics, wood, bamboo strips, etc.
4. Pre-treatment processing: Pre-treatment before Teflon, PU, rubber, plastic coating, rubber roller, electroplating, metal spray welding, titanium plating, etc., to increase surface adhesion.
5. Edge trimming processing: Removal of burrs from bakelite, plastic, zinc, aluminum die cast products, electronic parts, magnetic cores, etc.
6. Stress relief processing: Stress relief processing for aerospace, defense, and precision industrial parts, such as rust removal, paint removal, matte treatment, and repair, etc. for parts with rust, paint removal, and matte treatment.
