Application
1.
Glazed brick body:Because of its low firing temperature and body porcelain temperature, as well as high water absorption, easy to cause some problems, such as the lack of expansion coefficient of the body caused by the glaze cracking, body moisture absorption expansion, body rebound and enamel peeling, these are its main defects. However, by adding nepheline powder to the blank body of glazed brick, the porcelain level of these bricks can be effectively improved at low temperature and its expansion coefficient can be improved. This not only enhances the bonding force between the blank and the glaze, but also expands the application range of the glazed tile and may increase its market sales.

Wear-resistant brick and polished brick body:
a. Improve the speed of mass and heat transfer, contribute to the expulsion of water and burning loss and the diffusion of heat, contribute to rapid drying and rapid burning;
