Application
1. As a thickening agent for rubber plastic resin: especially in the foam products can help its processing and molding, whether in the processing of stamping, extrusion molding, can shorten the molding time to improve production efficiency.
2. Adhesive resin: can increase tensile strength, impact strength, shear strength, bending strength, hardness, reduce deformation, elongation, thermal expansion coefficient, etc. Calcined talc powder is used to improve the processing properties of rubber plastic resin, such as stamping, calending, injection, etc., and to replace 10 ~ 15% of the raw materials with higher costs to reduce costs.
3. Heat stabilizer: Because it contains advanced fatty acid lipid compounds, in addition to being a lubricant for rubber and plastic products, it can also react with the precipitated HCl to lose the cracking effect of HCL.
4. Improve touch and reduce static effect.
5. Antioxidants: Because it contains aromatic compounds, it can prevent the bond in the polymer from being broken by heat, light or oxygen.
6. Paint, coatings: sun resistance, high temperature resistance, does not change color under ultraviolet irradiation, can maintain the original luster and color for a long time, has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and good water resistance, dirt resistance, aging resistance, wear resistance, steam resistance and chemical stability, and strong flame retardant performance.

Manufacturing Technique
1. Raw material preparation: The raw material for the production of calcined talc powder is mainly natural talc ore, which needs to be preliminary processed, cleaned and selected. First of all, the talc ore is crushed, crushed and other preliminary processing, and then the ore is cleaned to remove impurities, and finally selected to screen out the ore that meets the requirements.
2. Calcination process: The ore after raw material preparation needs to be calcined in order to obtain calcined talc powder. Calcination temperature and time are important factors affecting the quality of calcination, usually calcination temperature between 800ºC-1200ºC, the time is determined according to the temperature, generally takes 2 to 6 hours. In the process of calcination, attention should be paid to the sealing property of calcination furnace and the control of calcination atmosphere.
3. Crushing and screening: the calcined talc ore needs to be crushed and screened to obtain talc powder with appropriate particle size. Under normal circumstances, the use of a grinder for crushing, and then the use of a screening machine for screening, to obtain talc that meets the requirements.
4. Packaging and storage: The talc powder after grinding and screening needs to be packaged and stored. Plastic bags are generally used for packaging, and the net weight of each bag is about 25kg.
